Founded in 2022 under the guidance of a member of the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales, we have so far provided numerous psychological assessments for candidates to the priesthood, diaconate and religious life throughout England and Wales.
Based on extensive research and metanalysis of psychological studies, as well as listening to the needs of bishops and religious superiors, we have sought to provide psychological reports that are comprehensive, clear and relevant to the needs of the candidate and their sponsoring diocese or community.
Assessment interviews typically take place in person, however online interviews are also available in exceptional circumstances. We seek to provide a safe space for those who attend interviews and wish to create an atmosphere where the candidate will gain relevant and useful insights into their inner world, and those charged with their formation will be guided to help the candidate or seminarian achieve their full potential.
